I think a lot of us can relate to this.

Excellent article, covers a lot of areas.
I've often thought that its a bit of a vicious circle with one thing triggering the other round and round, but never seen it written about before.
I am also interested to read that lack of deep sleep can cause slow growth, bacause growth hormone gets to work a lot when sleeping.
My 10 yr old grandson has just been put onto Cyclosporin- may be spelt wrong- which is an immune repressant drug, I've seen it on the nras list.
He has acute atopic eczema, an auto immune disorder, but is small for his age, and it was suggested he go on this to allow growth by relieving his eczema.
It was a hugely difficult decision for his parents to make, its one thing us to decide to take these toxic drugs ourselves but quite another to have to make it for a child.
Thanks for posting Zena x

Hi Jackie

Many thanks for this posting, going back when I hadn t got the RA under some sort of control, the night pain was awful mainly in my arms and shoulders, and it doesn t surprise me at all that this really aggravates the whole condition.
